Western Power Distribution

On this occasion we had to fell an over mature poplar tree for the purpose of it being far too much of a hazard for it surroundings. The problem being that these trees are extremely prone to wind throw and breakages.

This job was carried out by us for Western Power Distribution.

As previously mentioned these particular species of tree’s are a hazard in the wrong environment and can be very unpredictable. The majority of the weight of the canopy was well over the electrical lines. So it was deemed necessary that the tree was to be felled.

Some over hanging weight was removed from the canopy and then winched in to the field.

We Have currently been contracting to Western Power Distribution for some time.
